How do I sign in to my PatientPro account?

The sign in link is in the drop down at the top right of the header of the site.

Why is my PatientPro account not logging pages?

You need to be signed in to your account. Once you are signed in all clinical pages will automatically be tracked unless you have signed up for the AdFree subscription. This does not include tracking so you will need to upgrade to the Complete package to benefit from this service.

How do I add a note?

On any clinical content page, click the 'Notes' icon.

Enter the note you want, and click Save note.

If you are subscribed to a Complete account you can also add a note via the advanced sidebar.

How do I export notes or logs from my PatientPro account?

Click on "My account" at the top right of the header. On the My Account page, you will see a section called 'PatientPro account'. Follow the links to notes or logs and there will be an "Export your data" button on each of these pages. The data can be exported to a pdf or CSV file.  

How do I change package or cancel my PatientPro account?

Firstly sign in and then click 'My Account' in the header. On the My Account page, you will see a section called "PatientPro account". Click the link to "Manage your subscription" and select the package you wish to change to or click the "Cancel subscription" button and follow instructions.
